Carlos is a partner with Galeazzi & Associados, which he joined in 2006. He has led corporate restructuring and performance improvement projects.

His career spans the US and Latin America, with experience in the banking, IT, diagnostic medicine, beverage, textile and retail industries.

He has a Master’s Degree in Business from California State University and graduate degree in International Business from University of California at Irvine. He also attended the Harvard Business School program on Restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions.
