Founding partner of Galeazzi & Associados. Most of his career has focused on managing businesses, restructuring major corporations and participating on Boards of Directors.

Acting CEO in numerous corporate restructuring processes, specifically Artex, Mococa, Vila Romana, Cecrisa, LojasAmericanas, and Grupo Pão de Açúcar, among others.

Prior to establishing Galeazzi & Associados he was the Managing Director of the Brazilian and Argentine subsidiaries of the Drew Chemical Corp. Former CEO of Cesbra, John Sommers (a JV between British Petroleum and Brascan), and Vice President of British Petroleum Mining in Brazil. Currently he is a partner with BTG Pactual, a member of its Executive Committee for Brazil and of its Board of Directors. Also a director of the São Paulo Museum of Modern Art (MAM).
