Leonardo Horta is a partner of Galeazzi & Associados, which he joined in 2000. He has been the Project Manager/Director of turnaround and performance improvement projects for clients in retail, food, healthcare, construction, logistics, textile and telecom industries. Examples include Telemar, Líder Alimentos, São Francisco Saúde, Intermédica Sistemas de Saúde, Grupo Taurus, CBD, WTorre, Vipal, Estapar, among others.

Leonardo has been the Director of Operations and Chief Executive for apparel and healthcare companies. He has wide experience in business diagnostics and planning, in implementing turnaround and business growth strategies, as well as performance improvement and turnaround methodologies.

Leonardo has a degree in Engineering from Universidade Federal de Itajubá, and a MBA from FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas) and Ohio University.
