Acted as headhunter in companies such as SpencerStuart and TMP Worldwide, recruiting executives for titles of officer and above, in Brazil and abroad. Graduate in Business Administration by Fundação Getúlio Vargas, with MBA by USP (Universidade de São Paulo).
