Claudio Eugenio Stiller Galeazzi
Born in 1940 and the founding partner of Galeazzi & Associados. The focus of his professional activity has been management, and he has held board positions and restructured major businesses.
Claudio has acted as the CEO in several restructuring processes, e.g. Artex, Mococa, Vila Romana, Cecrisa and Lojas Americanas, among others.
Before establishing Galeazzi & Associados, he was the Managing Director for the Brazilian and Argentine subsidiaries of Drew Chemical Corp. He served as the President of Cesbra and John Sommers (a British Petroleum/Brascan joint venture), and Vice-President for British Petroleum Mining in Brazil . His distinguished background includes a sting as the President of the National Board of the SESI, a Director position with FIESP and IEL, and the vice presidency of ANFAC.

FOUNDER-MD
Glauco Abdala
Born in 1953 and a founding partner of Galeazzi & Associados. He is a former CEO of Inbrac, Kwikasair, and of the Avipal-Elegê Group. He also led the restructuring and performance improvement processes of Grupo Eberle Mundial, America Latina Logistica ( Brazil and Argentina ), Metzen & Sena Uruguay, Telemar, Intermédica, Electrolux and others.
Prior to joining Galeazzi & Associados he was a Senior Executive with British American Tobacco, Xerox do Brasil and General Electric. Glauco is has a degree in Business and Public Administration from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, and a graduate degree in Corporate Management from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. He also completed the Financial Management Program offered by General Electric.

MANAGING DIRECTOR
André Pimentel
Born in 1964 and a partner in Galeazzi & Associados, which he joined in 2002.
He has led restructuring and performance improvement projects for clients such as Intermédica Saúde, Sendas Distribuidora and Grupo Pão de Açúcar, among others.
Prior to joining Galeazzi & Associados he was a Senior Executive with international consulting firms where, as a specialist in Strategic Development and Finance, he led economic assessment/business development projects for clients in industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, consumer goods, retail, technology, metallurgy and services, among others.
André Pimentel has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from UFRJ and a Master’s in Production Engineering from COPPE/UFRJ. He also has a graduate degree in Finance from PUC/RJ.

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Luís Felício
Born in 1946 and a partner in Galeazzi & Associados, which he joined in 1996.
He has been the interim CEO on numerous restructuring projects, such as Makenji e Orema, among others.
He has also led restructuring and performance improvement programs for clients in the automotive, plastics, retail, food, banking, metallurgical, textile, shoe, naval, steel, wood and other industries. Luis Felício has been involved with projects in France, Portugal, Uruguay, Argentina and Brazil. He has extensive experience in business diagnostics, strategy planning and implementation as well as corporate revitalization projects.
Luis Felício has a degree in accounting and economics from Angola.

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Luiz Galeazzi
Born in 1963 and a partner in Galeazzi & Associados, which he joined in 2001. Luiz Galeazzi leads restructuring and performance improvement projects for clients in the transportation, insurance & pension fund, retail, automotive, food, agricultural, telecom and service industries. He specializes in crisis management and strategic operating plans. As an executive, he has experience in administration, finance, M&A, PMI and procurement. He helped analyze investments, due diligences and business models in manufacturing, telecom, retail, financial and agricultural industries. Luiz has also lead judicial and extra-judicial recoveries covered by the new and old Brazilian bankruptcy law. Luiz has a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
