Implementation
After an initial review of the corporate governance situation within the client, we work together with the shareholders to review and define which practices to implement. Our services range from setting up an active board to developing and/or adapting rules for shareholder interaction, discussions regarding succession, the definition of decision-making levels, and tools to monitor management.
