OUR HISTORY

In 1990, after working for a number of multinationals, Claudio Galeazzi started the firm by introducing Interim Management services for companies facing operational difficulties, and that could benefit from the support provided by a professional management team. Glauco Abdala and another partner joined in and Galeazzi & Associados was born.

Galeazzi then started its activities in earnest, implementing state of the art services and soon collecting success stories from the first clients served. The firm then expanded into Turnaround & Restructuring projects for large manufacturing, trade and service industries.

The quality of its performance allowed Galeazzi to expand its activities and become a unique consulting firm in the Brazilian market.

Currently, Galeazzi & Associados has a group of consultants with specific expertise in several fields, and offers the full range of Management Consulting services, including Performance Improvement, Creditor and Investor Services, Turnaround & Restructuring, Judicial Restructuring and Bankruptcy (Chapter 11 and 7), Crisis Management, Interim Management and Corporate Governance.
